Section 34
Disposition versions
34. An installation equipped with a sloping channel and a receptacle basin, which uses water to generate or reduce the speed of a carrier shall be provided with devices allowing for the control of the water level of the basin and the flow of the flume’s feeding pump.
Moreover, these devices shall automatically stop the operation of the ride if the water level or the flow does not conform to that required for the operation of the ride.
